By reading Heng Yu’s blog, I learned that he clearly understood the behaviorist learning theory through his experience of learning badminton. The learning style from the teaching demonstration and the professor’s lesson video understood that this is the cognitivist learning theory. And the constructivist learning theory can be reflected in the group learning assignments. And it is a great experience to learn from each other and accumulate experience.
